With house cleaning we surface clean up to 4 car spaces* of driveway and include walkway to your door.

*To provide in formation on the size of your driveway simply determine how many cars can be parked in your driveway; a single drive up to 4 cars long or a double drive up to 2 cars long.

Roof Maintenance Plan

After your initial roof cleaning an annual maintenance cleaning will be performed at one quarter the one time cleaning cost*. This service will provide re-cleaning if algae or mildew return and will prevent most growth from recurring each year.

*Minimum fee is $40; homes over 1600 sq. ft are calculated on the size of the home.
